Inclusion Criteria
¿45 subjects with sedentary life style of both sexes age ranging from 18 to 30 years old.22
¿Asymptomatic rounded shoulder deformity the distance between on the table and the acromion>2.5 cm17
¿Asymptomatic forward head posture with craniovertebra l angle < 49 degrees21
Exclusion Criteria
¿Impingement syndrome
¿Shoulder fracture
¿Shoulder dislocation
¿Cardiovascular problems that might contraindicate the exercise
¿Recent shoulder surgery
¿Atheletes
¿Performing any other strengthening or stretching program
