Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •¿45 subjects with sedentary life style of both sexes age ranging from 18 to 30 years old.22
  • •¿Asymptomatic rounded shoulder deformity the distance between on the table and the acromion\>2\.5 cm17
  • •¿Asymptomatic forward head posture with craniovertebra l angle \< 49 degrees21

Exclusion Criteria

  • •¿Impingement syndrome
  • •¿Shoulder fracture
  • •¿Shoulder dislocation
  • •¿Cardiovascular problems that might contraindicate the exercise
  • •¿Recent shoulder surgery
  • •¿Performing any other strengthening or stretching program
