- To evaluate the ability of basal serum AMH level in predicting ovarian response in GnRH antagonist protocol, and to compare its predictive value to AFC and other markers;
- To investigate the association between basal serum AMH level and other outcome measures of GnRH antagonist protocol, including duration of stimulation, total cumulative dose of rhFSH, and number of suitable embryos for transfer and cryopreservation;
- To examine the ability of basal serum AMH level in predicting OHSS in GnRH antagonist protocol, and to compare its predictive value to serum E2 level on the day of hCG administration;
- To check whether AMH/AFC is associated with the outcomes of GnRH antagonist COS treatment.

入选标准
- •女性，18-45 岁，BMI 小于 30，过去 12 个月内月经周期规律（25-35 天 / 周期），经阴道超声显示双侧卵巢形态良好，无可见的异常。
排除标准
- •输卵管异常，多囊卵巢综合征，内分泌疾病，代谢疾病，垂体疾病，卵巢或子宫手术史，6 个月内有孕产史，吸烟，2 个月内服用过口服避孕药或其他影响性激素的药物，接受过辅助生殖治疗。
