Inclusion Criteria

1.BMD score( T < -1 SD )

2. Having clinical feature of osteoporosis, Asthi-Majja Kshaya-

Extreme fatigue (Shrama)

Body pain (Asthi Shool)

Hair loss (Kesha Patan)

Forward bending of spine (Vinaman)

Pain in back

Fracture after minimal trauma(Asthi Shiryantam)

Looseness of joints (Sandhi Shaithilya)

Exclusion Criteria

1. Age group <20 years and more than 70 years

2. Known case of Hyperparathyroidism.

3. Known case of Osteomalacia, rickets.

4. Genetic Cause.

5. Known of Cushing syndrome and Marfanâ??s syndrome

6. Known case of Thyrotoxicosis
