(1) Inclusion criteria Training survey: (1.1) Employees working in the Neurosurgical or Neurological Intensive Care Unit of the Medical Center –University of Freiburg. (1.2) Belonging to the profession of nurses, physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and care assistants. (1.3) Participation in the Mobility Monitor training course.
(2) Inclusion criteria of the online survey (2.1) Employees working in the neurosurgical or neurological intensive care unit of the Medical Centre –University of Freiburg. (2.2) Belonging to the occupational group of nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and care assistance.
(3) Inclusion criteria Interview: (3.1) Employees working in the Neurosurgical or Neurological Intensive Care Unit of the University Medical Center Freiburg. (3.2) Belonging to the occupational group of nurses or care assistance.
(1) Exclusion criteria Training Survey: (1.1) Employees who only work for a short time on the ward (e.g., staff members of the relief employee pool). (1.2) All occupations not mentioned in the inclusion criteria. (1.3) No participation in Mobility Monitor training.
(2) Exclusion criteria of the online survey: (2.1) Employees who only work for a short time on the ward (e.g., staff members of the relief employee pool). (2.2) All occupations not mentioned in the inclusion criteria.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method (1) Assessment (e.g., acceptance, adaptation, feasibility, and convenience) of employees using the Mobility Monitor. <br>(2) Relief/burden on employees when using the Mobility Monitor.<br>The collection of the data is done by questionnaires and interviews at different times: (T0) At the beginning of the project, a brief evaluation of the employee training and a survey on the expectations of the new technology is carried out. (T1) Approximately half of the project runtime is followed by an online survey on technology acceptance and approx. 6-10 semi-structured interviews as a supplement to the survey. (T2) At the end of the project period - with a focus on change - an online survey on technology acceptance and approx. 6-10 semi-structured interviews as a supplement to the survey.
