1. Patients diagnosed with a Post-Covid condition, exhibiting long-term symptoms following a COVID-19 infection.
2. Patients with a primary diagnosis of depression, without a Post-Covid condition.
3. Explicit consent from patients to participate in the study.
4. Possession of general German language skills to ensure communication and understanding of the study content.
1. Patients with other primary psychiatric diagnoses or serious cognitive impairments.
2. Patients who are unable to participate in the study due to health reasons.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Mental and Physical Health: Evaluation of changes in mental and physical health of Post-Covid and depression patients at the beginning and end of psychosomatic rehabilitation. Measured by a combination of psychometric tests and questionnaires specifically designed to capture symptoms of depression (e.g., BDI, PHQ-9) and Post-Covid symptoms (e.g., DSQ-PEM).<br><br>2. Quality of Life: Assessment of patients' quality of life using instruments such as the EQ5D-VAS and the SF-36 questionnaire to measure general and health-related quality of life.<br><br>3. Functional Abilities: Measurement of changes in patients' functional abilities through objective tests such as the 6-Minute Walk Test and handgrip strength measurements.

Long-term Effects: Exploration of the long-term mental and physical effects of COVID-19 and depression on patients through follow-up investigations and the use of long-term follow-up instruments like the Post-COVID Syndrome Scale (PCSS) and other questionnaires to assess quality of life.<br><br>2. Individual Treatment Approaches: Collection of data on the individual experiences and needs of patients in the rehabilitation process to develop and evaluate specific treatment approaches. This includes the analysis of patient interviews and the evaluation of therapy plan adjustments.<br><br>3. Social and Cognitive Aspects: Assessment of social and cognitive aspects, including social reintegration and cognitive functions, based on the results of standardized tests and questionnaires used during the study.
