American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade I to III patients undergoing elective thoracic surgery requiring at least one hour of one lung ventilation
Exclusion Criteria
Cardiac dysfunction
Hepatic dysfunction
Renal dysfunction
Bilateral pulmonary disease
Airway anatomy preventing use of Double Lumen Endotracheal Tube
Morbid obesity
Patient refusal
