- •1. Patients between the age group of 18 years to 60 years of both sexes undergoing laparascopic cholecystectomy surgeries.
- •2. Patients belonging to ASA physical status I and II .
排除标准
- •1. ASA physical status III and above
- •2. Patients with known allergy to the study drugs.
- •3. Convesion of LC to open cholecystectomy
- •4. Pregnancy
- •5. Choledocolithiasis
- •6. patients with severe cardiac ,pulmonary and neurological disease
- •7 . patients in whom abdominal drain was put
