Inclusion Criteria
- •individuals capable of practicing physical activity;aged between the ages established; individuals who present good cognitive ability and are able to respond to the study questionnaires and perform the proposed tests.

- •diseases and / or physical / motor and / or intellectual problems and symptoms that make it impossible to apply the questionnaires and / or to carry out evaluative tests and the intervention activities proposed for this study and are outside the established age range
