Inclusion Criteria
Ability to read and write English.
Individuals without present history of back pain and ankle sprains (last 6 months)
Access to mobile phone on a daily basis,
Exclusion Criteria
1. Individuals with present history of back pain and ankle sprains (last 6 months).
2.clinically diagnosed orthopaedic, neurological,cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.
