Inclusion Criteria
1.Age group between 30 to 65 years
2.Both gender
3.Patients with hypertension(Systolic blood pressure >130,Diastolic blood pressure >90)
4.Patients with Diabetes mellitus
5.Patients who are willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Systemic illness(chronic kidney disease,Coronary artery disease,Heart failure,Myocardial infarction,Stroke)
2.Psychiatric illness
3.Women during Menstruation,Pregnancy,Lactation
4.Open wound and skin infection on hand
5.Patients with hypersensitive skin

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Heart rate & heart rate variability will be assessed before & after intervention by using 16 <br/ ><br>channel polygraph (BIOPAC System MP 160). The Ag/AgCl pre gelled electrodes will be placed <br/ ><br>according to the standard limb lead II configuration for recording electrocardiogram. Data will <br/ ><br>be acquired at the sampling rate of 2000Hz.Timepoint: 20 minutes
