Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age group between 30 to 65 years
- •2\.Both gender
- •3\.Patients with hypertension(Systolic blood pressure \>130,Diastolic blood pressure \>90\)
- •4\.Patients with Diabetes mellitus
- •5\.Patients who are willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Systemic illness(chronic kidney disease,Coronary artery disease,Heart failure,Myocardial infarction,Stroke)
- •2\.Psychiatric illness
- •3\.Women during Menstruation,Pregnancy,Lactation
- •4\.Open wound and skin infection on hand
- •5\.Patients with hypersensitive skin
