Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Increase in pressure pain threshold, verified through algometry for a variation of at least 5% in pre and post-intervention measurements.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Reduction in pain intensity, quantified using the Numerical Pain Scale from a variation of at least 5% in the pre- and post-intervention measurements.;Reduction in cervical disability, assessed by the Neck Disability Index (NDI) questionnaire from a variation of at least 5% at the beginning and at the end of the interventions.; Reduction of catastrophization, quantified through the Pain-Related Self-Statement Scale (PRSS) questionnaire from a variation of at least 5% in the pre- and post-intervention measurements.;Change in cutaneous temperature, assessed by infrared thermography from a variation of at least 5% in pre and post-intervention measurements.
