入选标准
- •Neck Disability Index (NDI) score>5 points and punctuation on the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) > 3;
- •Present bilateral and active trigger point, centrally located in the trapezius muscle descendent fibers.
排除标准
- •The exclusion criteria adopted in the present study will be individuals with a history of cervical trauma; head, face or cervical surgery; cervical hernia; degenerative diseases of the spine; have undergone physiotherapeutic treatment in the last three months; use of analgesic, anti-inflammatory or muscle relaxants in the last week; presence of systemic diseases; medical diagnosis of fibromyalgia.
