Age 65-45 years
12 months of amenorrhea
symptoms of vaginal atrophy
Sexual activity

Exclusion Criteria

vaginal infection
use of sex hormones during the previous 8 weeks
bleeding with unknown etiology
heavy use of phytoestrogens such as soy, Vitex and ..... In the past month
