- •Patients willing to participate in the study
- •ASA I &II.
- •Patient age 18-70 years of either sex
- •Elective laproscopic cholecystectomy cases
排除标准
- •ASA 3 or more
- •Pregnant and lactating mother
- •Anticipated difficult airway
- •Patients with uncontrolled chronic illness like
- •1.diabetes mellitus
- •3.patients on monoamine oxidase inhibitors
- •4. smokers
- •Patients with previous renal and hepatic dysfunction,heart diseases,valvular heart disease and electrophysiological abnormalities and other hemodynamic instability.
