- •confirmed diagnosis of crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or IBDU
- •(endooscopic/histopathologic)

- •incapacity to understand informed consent
- •Infection with HIV, HBV or HCV
- •Diabetes mellitus
- •Substance abuse (hard drug use or alcoholism, less than 2 years clean)
- •other auto immune disease
