Inclusion Criteria
Pediatric oncology patients with febrile neutropenia who were treated at pediatric department, Phramongkutklao Hospital
Exclusion Criteria
Pediatric oncology patients who had not met criteria of febrile neutropenia (fever without neutropenia)
Pediatric oncology patients with febrile neutropenia who had been diagnosed with invasive fungal infection before enrolling to the study
