- •A) Individuals aged 19 years and above with one or more of the following chronic morbidities mentioned below (OR)
- •B) Individuals aged 60 years and above with or without chronic morbidities that is:
- •1) Heart disease,
- •2)HIV infection,
- •3)Diabetes Mellitus,
- •4)Liver disease,
- •5)chronic kidney disease, or on Dialysis,
- •7)CSF leaks,
- •8)Respiratory disorder (lung disease, COPD, asthma)
- •9)Transplant recipient,
- •10)Asplenia/ complement deficiency,
- •11)Rheumatoid arthritis,
- •12)Other Autoimmune conditions

- •1)Individuals with loss of hearing
- •2)Individuals who are unable to comprehend.
