Inclusion Criteria
1.Healthy individuals aging between 15-18 years
2.Both genders i.e. male and female shooters
3.Players who have been practicing shooting from at least 2 years
4.A minimum score of 510 points in air pistol in previous national competitions
Exclusion Criteria
1.History of any recent injury or recent surgery
2.No other medications and steroids
3.Recreational players
