Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. subjects matching the CGH diagnostic criteria established by the IHS (symptoms and signs of neck involvement, restriction of neck ROM, pain episodes of varying duration or fluctuating continuous pain, and pain starting in the neck, and spreading to the oculo\-fronto temporal areas).
- •2\. subjects with posterior, unilateral, or side\-dominant headache without side shift, starting in the posterior neck or occipital region.
- •3\. subjects who had a headache for at least 3 months and a headache once a week.
- •4\. subjects with neck pain for at least 6 months
- •5\. subjects with a positive sign on the flexion\-rotation test to identify movement impairments in the C1/2 segment.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. headache not of cervical origin, headache with automatic involvement, or any symptoms such as dizziness or visual disturbance.
- •2\. bilateral headache.
- •3\. history of severe trauma, instability, and surgery of the cervical region.
