入选标准
- •1) Age between 18-70 years old
- •2) Confirmation of gastric adenocarcinoma by endoscopic sampling and histopathological analysis
- •3) Confirmation of locally-advanced disease by preoperative computed tomography
- •4) Confirmation of resectability by preoperative computed tomography
- •Exclusion criteria:
- •1) Ages older than 70
- •2) Gastric malignancies other than adenocarcinoma
- •3) Distant metastasis in preoperative assessment
- •4) Any contraindication to chemotherapy
- •5) History of previous chemotherapy
- •6) History of previous radiotherapy
