入选标准
- •Patients belonging to either sex of age 18 to 65 years of ASA status I and II scheduled to undergo elective lower abdominal surgery under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Pregnant and breast feeding women
- •Preexisting cardiac disease renal disorder hepatic disease psychiatric and coagulation disorder
- •Patient refusal to participate
- •Any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
- •History of allergy to study drugs
- •Those receiving long term analgesic therapy
- •Any other contraindications for using pregabalin and gabapentin
