- •1.Females of age group 25-60 years posted for elective or emergency gynaecological surgeries
- •2.ASA physical status I and II

- •1.Refusal by patient for the procedure
- •2.patient for whom central neuraxial block is contraindicated
- •3.Patients with neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine disorder, psychiatric illness
- •4. Patient with known allergy to study drug
- •5. Pregnant and breast feeding women
