  • 2) Both the genders.
  • 3) BMI of overweight and obese percentile according to IAP growth chart.
  • 4) Subject willing to participate.

  • 1) Any cardio-respiratory, neurological, orthopedics or psychological Disorders.
  • 2) Any other co-morbidities
