- •Age 25-70, Both males and females will be included, Preoperative visual analogue scale (VAS) score =4, Decreased range of motion, Persistent pain more than 6 months, Independently mobile (with or without aids)
排除标准
- •Developmental spine deformities
- •Patients with a history of any psychiatric diseases
- •Suspected or confirmed pregnancy
- •Rheumatological or neurological diseases
- •Recent spinal fractures or back surgery
- •Presence of infection, tumors
- •Unstable cardiac conditions20
- •Body mass index of more than 30
