•Patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke Patients diagnosed with acute CVA with persistent neurological deficits Patients who are comprehending.

排除标准

•â€¢A resolved transient ischemic attack (brief neurological symptoms that are judged to have completely resolved upon presentation ) â€¢A definite clinical contraindication or indication for either the sitting up or lying flat head position .
