入选标准
- •Systemically healthy patient diagnosed
- •with TMD in the Age group of 20-60
- •Limited Mouth Opening <25 mm
- •Deviation in Mouth Opening
- •Pain During the Mouth Opening or Closing the mouth
- •Tenderness over TMJ
- •Audible Clicking sound of the Temporomandibular Joint
排除标准
- •Age under 20 yrs
- •Past history of open surgery in the affected joint or joint injections
- •Known polyarthritis (mostly rheumatoid arthritis)
- •Ankylosis of the TMJ
- •allergy to study medications
- •edentulous subjects
- •pregnancy or breast feeding
- •current physical therapy, muscle relaxants
- •or antiseizure medications
- •. Medically compromised patients
- •Patient not willing to sign the consent
