Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients undergoing major head and neck surgeries where blood loss is expected
- •2\.Haemoglobin \>10 gm/dl
- •3\.ASA PS 1 and 2
- •4\.Age 15 years to 70 yrs
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with haemophilia
- •2\.Minor surgeries with minimal blood loss
