We will see the success rate by putting endotracheal tube in the trachea through supraglottic device i.e I-Gel in one group. In another group we will put the endotracheal tube through supraglottic device blindly.

Inclusion Criteria
Age 20-60 years
ASA 1/2
Weight >50kg and <90kg
Exclusion Criteria
Unwilling patients
Pre-existing hoarseness of voice
Upper airway pathology
Pregnant patients
Any anticipated difficult airway- Mallampati grade 4
Neck circumference >40cm
Mouth opening <2 finger
Thyromental distance <5cm
BMI >35 kg/m2
