Inclusion Criteria

Painful snapping scapula (>12 months) who failed adequate conservative treatment : non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS); local injection of corticosteroids and physiotherapy with scapular adduction and postural shoulder shrug exercises.
