入选标准
- •1. Age more than or equal 18 years
- •2. Out of hospital cardiac arrest
- •3. Sustained Return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) - defined as 20 minutes with signs of circulation without the need for chest compressions.
- •4. Unconsciousness defined GCS < 8
- •5. Admitted in the medical intensive care unit or cardiac care unit within 24 h after ROSC
- •6. On ventilator with P0.1 available
排除标准
- •1. On Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation
- •2. Obvious or suspected pregnancy
- •3. Intracranial bleeding
- •4. Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD)
