Inclusion Criteria
- •ADNM 8 score higher than 18,5; prescreening of patient does result in a qualification for the group, cost coverage accepted by DRV, hospitalisation longer than 4 weeks, adequate language skills german.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- hospitalisation shorter than 5 weeks \- cost coverage accepted by health insurance or insurance association \- prescreening of patient does not result in a qualification for the group, insufficient language skills german.
