入选标准
- •1. Have a clinical diagnosis of ischaemic stroke or intracerebral haemorrhage
- •2. Present within 48 hours of onset of symptoms or recognition of symptom in wake up stroke
- •3. Presentation with first ever stroke
排除标准
- •1- Presenting to hospital >48 hours after symptom onset
- •2- Stroke mimics (seizure, hypoglycaemia, toxic and metabolic encephalopathies)
- •3- Subarachnoid haemorrhage or venous stroke
- •4- Acute and chronic subdural haemorrhage
- •5- Patients admitted for palliative care or unlikely to survive for 72 hours
- •6- Patients not having a telephone
- •7- Patient/ caregiver not giving consent
