- •Patients of age group 18\-70 years Under American Society of Anaesthesiologists physivcal status II to IV, scheduled for lower limb surgeries, Informed and Written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Infection at site of injection, Allergy to Local Anaesthetics, Duration of the surgery morethan 3 hours.
