- •Primary adrenal insufficiency with documented hypocortisolism with either raised ACTH or hyperpigmentation and when possible adrenal antibodies. Participants will have stable glucocorticiod and mineralocorticoid replacement doses for six months prior to commencement of study.
- •Secondary adrenal insufficiency due to surgically treated non-functioning tumor without concomitant radiotherapy on full hormone replacement including growth hormone. A minimum of four years duration of disease and stable doses of replacement medications for six months prior to commencement of study.
