- •All adult patients undergoing minimal invasive surgeries in steep head low position
Exclusion Criteria
- •Paediatric patients, Patients with laryngeal carcinoma,
- •Previous tracheostomy, Neck radiotherapy, Patients with vocal cord paralysis with clinical presentation of stridor,patients who are not extubated
