Inclusion Criteria
Patients, who are scheduled for elective surgery to be conducted under general anesthesia less than two hours in the supine position in the chung-ang university hosipital
Exclusion Criteria
less than 20 years or more than 60 years, less than 40kg or more than 100kg, pregnancy, breast feeding, respiratory disease, american society of anesthesiologist grade 3 or 4, operative history of upper abdomen, obesity(Body mass index = 30 kg/m2), Gastroesophageal reflex disease, gastric ulcer, no fasting state, risk of aspiration, cardiovascular disease, abnormality of kidney, liver or hematology
