Inclusion Criteria
One scale used in the study divides the participants into 3 groups based on their scores on the respective criterias :
EDS-21 scale criteria- On any 3 criterias out of 7 listed in DSM IV -
1.Scores on an item 5-6 as exercise dependent
2.Scores on an item 3-4 as symptomatic
3.Scores on an item 1-2 as asymptomatic
Exclusion Criteria
People who are physically disabled
People who participate in competitive activities in the gym.
People who meet the respective criteria for the three groups but for less than 3 months
