Inclusion Criteria

Primary Oteoporosis patients

BMD with T score < -2.5 SD at femoral neck

Ambulatory patients

Exclusion Criteria

Secondary Osteoporosis.

Patients suffering from any other Metabolic Bone diseases such as osteomalacia, fluorosis, primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT), Pagetââ?¬•s disease and osteogenesis imperfecta.

History of hip fracture and any severe or moderate vertebral fractures.

Patients suffering from uncontrolled chronic illness like diabetes mellitus, inflammatory bowel diseases, Essential Hypertension.

Patients having H/o of any malignancies.

History of any chronic illness like diabetes mellitus, inflammatory bowel diseases, Essential Hypertension in healthy individual subgroup subjects.
