Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The patients taking of proton pump inhibitor for treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer or reflux esophagitis more than one year at present hospital.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients under 19 years of age or over 75 years of age
- •2\.Patients taking the drug containing the cobalamin, folate or pyridoxine within last 4 weeks.
- •3\.Patients taking the drug affecting the absorbtion or metabolism of folic acid and vitamin within last 6 months. (exam, methotrexate, oral contraceptive, etc.)
- •4\.Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery
- •5\.Patients associated with severe clinical disease
