Inclusion Criteria
Pain in the nape of the neck (in the area of trapezius).
Radiating pain to the upper limbs.
Numbness and weakness in arms, hands and fingers.
Muscle spasms in neck and shoulders.
Osteophyte formation.
Lhermitteâ??s sign and Spurlingâ??s test - Positive.
Shoulder abduction pain relief sign - Positive.
Exclusion Criteria
Cervical rib
Recent Trauma
Ankylosing Spondylitis
Malignancy
Pregnancy and Lactation
Cardiac disease
Fracture
Potts spine
Carpal tunnel syndrome
