Mandibular anterior teeth with multiple gingival recession (extending not more than 4 teeth) (Miller’s class I or II) & thin gingival biotype with minimum 2 mm width of attached gingiva.
Intraoral periapical radiographs confirming Miller’s class 1 and 2 gingival recession without interproximal bone loss.
Generalized chronic periodontitis and aggressive periodontitis,
Mal-positioned anterior teeth (labial or lingual placement, rotation or supra eruption)
Miller’s class III and IV gingival recession defects,
Teeth with class V carious lesion or restoration
Current or former smokers.
Pregnant or lactating women or those planning a pregnancy
Having systemic conditions like uncontrolled diabetes.
