入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients of any undiagnosed hepatic disease (after extensive investigation - serological as well as imaging) requiring a liver biopsy.
- •2. Patients of NAFLD who need LBx.
- •3. Alcoholic hepatitis patients needing biopsy.
- •4. Any patient with unexplained transaminesemia > 1.5 times ULN needing a liver biopsy as advised by Hepatologist.
排除标准
- •1. Any liver Space occupying lesion suspicious of malignancy
- •2. Platelet count <80,000
- •3. INR > 1.5
- •4. Pregnancy
- •5. Severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases.
- •6. Recent use of antiplatelet agents within 5 days of the procedure.
- •7. Unwilling to provide informed consent.
