Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1 Age between 18 to 65 years
  • •2 American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1 and 2
  • •3\.BMI 18 to 30 kg/m2
  • •4 patients scheduled for knee arthroscopy

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1 patients refusing to give informed consent
  • •2 patients with history of relevant drug allergy
  • •3 patients with history of psychiatric illness and substance abuse
  • •4 patients with severe cardiovascular respiratory metabolic or neurological disorders
  • •5 pregnant and lactating women
  • •6 patients with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders
  • •7 infection at planned injection site
  • •8 patient on steroids
