Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Age between 18 to 65 years
- •2 American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1 and 2
- •3\.BMI 18 to 30 kg/m2
- •4 patients scheduled for knee arthroscopy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 patients refusing to give informed consent
- •2 patients with history of relevant drug allergy
- •3 patients with history of psychiatric illness and substance abuse
- •4 patients with severe cardiovascular respiratory metabolic or neurological disorders
- •5 pregnant and lactating women
- •6 patients with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders
- •7 infection at planned injection site
- •8 patient on steroids
