- •Type II diabetic patients;
- •Major exclusion criteria:
- •History of anti angina treatment or revascularization;
- •Evidence of Q wave in ECG referring to previous MI;
- •ECG based ST changes due to ischemia;
- •Active asthma;
- •Type II cardiac block or more;
