Inclusion Criteria

  • •(a) Having medical records in health house; (b) Having higher blood pressure than normal in the last three months; (c) Not having diabetes; (d) Having consent. Exclusion criteria: (a) Stroke diagnosis during the study; (b) Not regular attendance in educational sessions.
