Inclusion Criteria
Patients will be diagnosed on the basis of classical signs and symptoms of vicharchika.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients suffering from hepatitis B , HIV , Tuberculosis , Diabetes.
2.Patients suffering from other major medical and psychiatric disorders.
3.Pregnant and lactating women.
4.Patients from age group below 16 and above 60 years.

Name Time Method To assess the effect of therapy , objectively all signs and symptoms were given scoring depending upon their severity: <br/ ><br>1. complete relief - 100% relief <br/ ><br>2. Marked improvement - 76% to 99% relief <br/ ><br>3. Moderate improvement - 51% to 75% relief <br/ ><br>4. Mild improvement - 26% to 50% relief <br/ ><br>5. No improvement- 0% to 25% reliefTimepoint: 1. Patients will be given two sitting in a <br/ ><br> week with total eight sitting in four <br/ ><br> weekend. <br/ ><br>2. assessment will be done on 30th day.
