- •1) Inter-state migrant labourers working in sites where construction projects are undertaken under government owned company of the Government of Goa i.e., GSIDC (Goa State Infrastructure
- •Development Corporation Limited).
- •2) Men more than 18 years of age.
- •3) Inter-state migrant construction labourers who have been staying more than 3 months.
- •4) Inter-state migrant construction labourers who understand and know to speak in Hindi language.
