Inclusion Criteria
Teeth with irreversible pulpitis.
Necrosed pulp with minimum periapical bone loss.
Exclusion Criteria
Tooth with less than two-third root length remaining.
Traumatised teeth.
Teeth with external or internal resorption.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method After obturation, the teeth will be assessed for pain, swelling and periapical resorption at 1, 3 and 6 months follow up.Timepoint: 1 month, 3 months and 6 months follow up.
