入选标准
- •(1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for subthreshold depression according to Western medical standards;
- •(2) College students aged =18 years, currently enrolled, with no restriction on gender;
- •(3) Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) score =16 points;
- •(4) Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) score: 7 = HAMD < 17;
- •(5) Mentally alert and willing to sign the informed consent form to cooperate with the researchers in this study.
排除标准
- •(1) Clinically diagnosed individuals with depression, a history of mental illness, or organic mental disorders;
- •(2) Individuals currently receiving antidepressant treatment or who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months;
- •(3) Individuals with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, heart failure, or severe arrhythmia;
- •(4) Pregnant, breastfeeding, or menstruating women;
- •(5) Individuals with a history of alcohol abuse, misuse of psychiatric medications, or substance dependence;
- •(6) Individuals with strong suicidal ideation or behaviors;
- •(7) Individuals with contraindications for gua sha, such as skin damage on the back or coagulation disorders;
- •(8) Participants who are students of the researchers.
- •Any individual meeting any one of the above exclusion criteria will not be included in this study.
